TitleHound is a unique title insurance premium rate calculator. It allows you to get closing costs for accurate Good Faith Estimates (GFE) and estimated HUD statements. Agents quote their settlement fees through TitleHound to allow instant and accurate disclosures for mortgage refinance loans and real estate purchases.
Unlike other rate calculators, TitleHound provides a managed rate solution with a team of industry veterans that offer excellent customer service and expertise in the mortgage industry. We work with title agents to ensure the premiums, endorsements, settlement fees, and government recording fees, as well as mortgage taxes and transfer taxes, are disclosed accurately to avoid tolerance losses.
TitleHound is easy to use and highly configurable. We’ve made it flexible to meet your needs. We understand that some clients want to gather the details of each refinance transaction or each purchase transaction to ensure the quote is accurate. Others want to streamline the quoting process in a way that offers protection from tolerance losses, but does so with easy input using standard defaults to calculate the title insurance premiums. TitleHound offers the following features:
• Quote title insurance premiums, endorsements, and closing fees.
Your clients and staff get quotes quickly online — fast and accurate.
• Quote recording data, mortgage taxes, and transfer taxes. Providing you and your clients with valuable figures for HUD statements and Good Faith Estimates where there is no tolerance for error.
• Quote other fees such as appraisals and inspections. Depending on your customers’ needs, you can add other fees to transactions and display them in the GFE for Boxes 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8.
• All 50 states can be quoted. Using your vendors or our relationships, you can quote title insurance rates, fees, and recording fees in all 50 states.
• Any underwriter and policy is available. If you or your agent vendor offers a rate, we may have it in our system. And, if not, we can easily load the rate and fees.
• We maintain the rates for you. We do this for all our customers. Simply provide us with your rate manuals and we’ll do the rest – analyze, set up, and maintain those rates. Save time and money by letting us do all the legwork for you and your vendor partners.

• Display premiums the way you want: only the highest rate, only the lowest rate, or all rates available for the transaction. You decide what you want your client to receive.
• Want to streamline the data entry? No problem. With TitleHound, we can set defaults for you and display them for your user to edit or use a streamlined data entry page and bypass set defaults altogether. It’s your choice.
• TitleHound can be branded with your colors and logos. Your customers will seamlessly receive quotes from within your current website.
• Login using a single user name and password or require each user to login. You decide depending on how you structure your account for reporting, security, or searching capability of your users.
• Seller’s Sheet available for your Realtors. Using our streamline quoting, you can provide your Realtors with a valuable tool to estimate costs for potential listings.
• Interactive GFE. Use this valuable tool for your lenders to see exactly what fees go into which boxes on the GFE.
• Certificate of Guarantee available. A certificate is available when you want to provide a guarantee that what you have quoted will be honored.
• TitleHound is web-based. Any computer with an Internet connection and standard browser can access the system for a quote.
• TitleHound can be fully integrated through WebServices. This is perfect for those companies who prefer to pass data to and from their existing software applications and control the user interface.
• Print the entire quote for historical reference. Every quote can be printed and reprinted so you and your clients have a record of every transaction. Plus we keep every quote active in our system for 120 days. Archived quotes are retained indefinitely.
